| 7:00am-4:00pm | Set up and load in all items.** Please reserve a load-in appointment. No Children Allowed During Load in. |
| 5:00pm-9:00pm | Sellers & Club Members Shopping Hours |
| 7:00pm-9:00pm | Seller Buddy Pass Shopping Hours (you must have a buddy pass or give your buddy’s consignor number at the door to be admitted) |

| 9:00am-10:00am | Early Bird Shopping Pass Bonus Hours |
| 10:00am-7:00pm | Open to the public |
| Saturday, March 12, 2022 | |
| 8:00am-2:00pm | Public Shopping. Half price sale (only items you designate will be 50% off, the rest will be full price). |
| 2:00-6:00pm | Sort unsold items and tear down racks. |
| 6:00-8:00pm | Load out all items and empty the sales floor. Last names A-L (or 500+ inventory) 6:00, last names M-Z 7:00. All items present at 8:00pm will be donated to charity. |
** All sellers must attend load in and appropriately place their items on the sales floor. If this is a problem due to work conflicts, consider utilizing our Drop & Go — a paid service where we’ll load your items for you!
